BUILDING A PROPOSAL FOR THE CONTINUOUS TRAINING OF SCHOOL MANAGERS

Resumo: This article analyzes the continuous training process for school directors developed in the municipal education network of Lavras (MG) in 2019-2020. The continuous training process, which is the object of analysis in this text, resulted from a diagnosis carried out with the technicians of the Municipal Secretary of Education on what would be the main obstacles and difficulties faced by working with the network. Based on this diagnosis, a training process for school managers was developed for the preparation or review of pedagogical political projects for schools and nurseries based on institutional self-evaluation, taking as a reference the Educational Quality Indicators. Regarding the theoretical framework of the pedagogical political project, the training was based on the studies of Veiga (1996) and Vasconcellos (2008). Although the training proposal has undergone changes due to the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, the experience made it possible to achieve the proposed objectives, in the sense of granting subsidies to school administrators to develop institutional self-assessment processes and prepare or review the Pedagogical Projects of the schools and nurseries where they work

El proceso de formación continua, objeto de análisis en este texto, resultó de un diagnóstico realizado con los técnicos de la Secretaría Municipal de Educación sobre cuáles serían los principales obstáculos y dificultades que enfrenta el trabajo con la red. A partir de este diagnóstico, se desarrolló un proceso de formación de gestores escolares para la elaboración o revisión de proyectos políticos pedagógicos para escuelas y guarderías a partir de la autoevaluación institucional, tomando como referencia los Indicadores de Calidad Educativa. En cuanto al marco teórico del proyecto político pedagógico, la formación se basó en los estudios de Veiga (1996) y Vasconcellos (2008). Si bien la propuesta de capacitación ha sufrido cambios debido al contexto de la pandemia Covid-19, la experiencia permitió alcanzar los objetivos propuestos, en el sentido de otorgar subsidios a los administradores escolares para desarrollar procesos de autoevaluación institucional y preparar o revisar el Proyectos pedagógicos de las escuelas y guarderías donde trabajan.Este artigo analisa o processo de formação continuada de gestores escolares desenvolvido na rede municipal de ensino de Lavras (MG) em 2019-2020. O processo de formação continuada objeto de análise neste texto resultou de um diagnóstico realizado junto às técnicas da Secretaria Municipal da Educação sobre quais seriam os principais obstáculos e dificuldades enfrentados no trabalho com a rede. A partir desse diagnóstico foi desenvolvido um processo de formação dos gestores escolares para a elaboração ou revisão dos projetos político pedagógicos das escolas e creches a partir da realização de autoavaliação institucional, tendo como referência os Indicadores da Qualidade da Educação. Quanto ao referencial teórico sobre Projeto Político Pedagógico a formação se baseou nos estudos de Veiga (1996) e Vasconcellos (2008).
