Novice teachers' narratives: an analysis of the identity formation

Resumo: This work refers to an analysis about the identity formation process of three children’s education novice teachers interpreted by the memorial narratives of their formation. The study was developed based on the following questions: Can the trajectory narratives at the beginning of the career help to identify how the personal and professional dimensions develop the identity formation? How does the identity formation process occur at the beginning of the career? The written narratives of these teaching professionals demonstrated the professional and personal dimensions of their identity constitutions in the induction process to the teacher career.

Este trabajo, de naturaleza cualitativa, fue realizado por medio del análisis de tres memorias de formación, elaboradas por profesoras principiantes de Educación Infantil. Tiene como punto de partida las siguientes preguntas: ¿Pueden las narrativas de la trayectoria al comienzo de la carrera contribuir a identificar las dimensiones personales y profesionales que estructuran la construcción de la identidad? ¿Cómo se produce el proceso de formación de la identidad al comienzo de una carrera docente profesional? Las memorias analizadas revelaron las dimensiones profesionales y personales del proceso de construcción de la identidad de estas maestras principiantes.Este trabalho trata de uma análise das formações identitárias de três professoras iniciantes da educação infantil interpretadas através de suas narrativas do memorial de formação. O estudo foi desenvolvido por meio das seguintes questões: as narrativas da trajetória no início de carreira podem contribuir para identificar as dimensões pessoais e profissionais que estruturam as formações identitárias? Como ocorre o processo de formações identitárias no início da carreira profissional docente?
