Beginning teachers in an inclusion scenario: mapping theses and dissertations

Resumo: This study analyzes the articulation between the themes of beginning teachers and educational inclusion in the academic production of stricto sensu postgraduate programs in education in Brazil. This is a qualitative bibliographical study, developed with the aim of answering how the articulation between the themes of beginning teachers and educational inclusion is addressed in the national academic production of stricto sensu graduate programs in education. Data production was carried out through a survey of theses and dissertations from the Brazilian Digital Library of Theses and Dissertations (BDTD) in May 2021, identifying seven productions. The analysis undertaken allowed us to know the current state of science on the articulation between the themes of beginning teachers and educational inclusion, and showed that this thematic focus has been an object of study that needs to be deepened, since we identified a gap in scientific production on said joint.

Trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, do tipo bibliográfico, desenvolvido com o intuito de responder como a articulação entre os temas professores iniciantes e inclusão educacional é abordada na produção acadêmica nacional dos programas de pós-graduação stricto sensu em educação. A produção dos dados foi efetivada por intermédio de um levantamento de teses e dissertações da Biblioteca Digital Brasileira de Teses e Dissertações (BDTD) em maio de 2021, identificando sete produções.
