TEACHING STRATEGIES IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF COMPETENCES IN STUDENTS OF A CHEMICAL TECHNICIAN COURSE

Resumo: Professional Education focused on the acquisition of competences requires the use of teaching strategies that allow the integration of theoretical and practical knowledge. This article analyzes the didactic strategies adopted by the teachers of a Chemical Technician Course and how they contribute to the construction of the professional profile of the future technicians. The research followed a qualitative approach and the data collection occurred through questionnaires, applied to teachers and students of the 4th year of the Integrated Technical Course, and through the documentary analysis of the Course Syllabus. The collected data were analyzed through Discursive Textual Analysis, and the results show that teachers adopt active methodologies in the planning of their disciplines and students recognize the importance of using these resources in the development of knowledge, values and competences to exercise citizenship and to qualify for the work.

Assim, este artigo tem como objetivo analisar as estratégias didáticas adotadas pelos docentes de um Curso Técnico em Química e de que forma elas contribuem para a construção do perfil profissional dos futuros técnicos. A pesquisa seguiu uma abordagem qualitativa, sendo que os dados foram coletados por meio de questionários aplicados aos docentes e estudantes do 4º ano do Curso Técnico Integrado e pela análise documental do Plano do Curso. Esses dados foram analisados através da Análise Textual Discursiva.
