PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES OF A PHYSICAL EDUCATION TEACHER WORKING IN SPECIAL EDUCATION: AN EXPERIENCE REPORT

Resumo: | At the end of initial training teacher, some students have their professional trajectory outlined. One of the realities that future Physical Education teachers face is their role in Special Education. This work aims to present the experience report of a Physical Education teacher working in Special Education in the roles of teacher and manager. Thus, it is envisaged to propose a reflection on the elements that favored the acquisition of professional skills during the beginning of the career. The experience report is configured as a narrative, describing experience, place and time, with theoretical support, legitimizing scientific actions and phenomena. The skills acquired in teaching practice and in the role of manager, from the descriptive and reflective processes, are configured as knowledge derived from practice, which can be materialized. At the end of the study, it can be highlighted that the diversity of actions enabled the acquisition of skills, which were considered in each intervention context. |

Una de las realidades a las que se enfrentan los futuros profesores de Educación Física es su papel en la Educación Especial. Este trabajo tiene como objetivo presentar el relato de experiencia de un docente de Educación Física que trabaja en Educación Especial en los roles de docente y directivo. Así, se prevé proponer una reflexión sobre los elementos que favorecieron la adquisición de competencias profesionales durante el inicio de la carrera. El relato de experiencia se configura como una narrativa, describiendo experiencia, lugar y tiempo, con soporte teórico, legitimando acciones y fenómenos científicos. Las competencias adquiridas en la práctica docente y en el rol de gestor, a partir de los procesos descriptivos y reflexivos, se configuran como conocimientos derivados de la práctica, que pueden materializarse. Al final del estudio, se puede resaltar que la diversidad de acciones posibilitó la adquisición de habilidades, las cuales fueron consideradas en cada contexto de intervención.Ao final da formação inicial docente, alguns estudantes já têm delineada a trajetória profissional a ser seguida. Uma das possibilidades que se apresenta aos futuros professores de Educação Física é a atuação na Educação Especial. Esse estudo tem por objetivo relatar a experiência de um professor de Educação Física atuante na Educação Especial, nas funções de professor e de gestor. Vislumbra-se propor uma reflexão acerca dos elementos que favoreceram a aquisição de competências profissionais no início da docência. O relato de experiência configura-se como narrativa, descrevendo experiência, lugar e tempo, com aporte teórico, legitimando ações e fenômenos científicos. As competências adquiridas na prática docente e na função de gestor configuram-se, através dos processos descritivo e reflexivo, como saberes oriundos da prática, podendo ser materializados.
