At the end of initial training teacher, some students have their professional trajectory outlined. One of the realities that future Physical Education teachers face is their role in Special Education. This work aims to present the experience report of a Physical Education teacher working in Special Education in the roles of teacher and manager. Thus, it is envisaged to propose a reflection on the elements that favored the acquisition of professional skills during the beginning of the career. The experience report is configured as a narrative, describing experience, place and time, with theoretical support, legitimizing scientific actions and phenomena. The skills acquired in teaching practice and in the role of manager, from the descriptive and reflective processes, are configured as knowledge derived from practice, which can be materialized. At the end of the study, it can be highlighted that the diversity of actions enabled the acquisition of skills, which were considered in each intervention context.
