Bibliometric study of the production on Physical Education in the Brazilian Journal of Special Education - RBEE

Resumo: | The present bibliometric study, aimed to map and explore the scientific production in Physical Education in “Revista Brasileira de Educação Especial” (RBEE), having as source the articles published by the journal between 1992 and 2021. 33 articles were selected that referred to Physical Education or Adapted Physical Education. The results of the analysis indicated a greater number of scientific publications on the theme in 2015, concentrated in the Southeast and South regions of Brazil and carried out with different types of disabilities and students of varying ages. In addition, it was found that the keywords most used in published studies are Special Education and Adapted Physical Education. It is concluded from the investigated scenario, that the scientific production about Physical Education on RBEE, although it has increased in recent years driven by the growth of the productions on this journal, is still incipient and needs expansion in some aspects. It is expected that future researches will deepen the investigated themes and consider the investigative gaps observed, to provide paths for the expansion and development of Adapted Physical Education in the educational reality. |

Se seleccionaron 33 artículos que hicieron referencia a la Educación Física o Educación Física Adaptada. Los resultados del análisis indicaron un mayor número de publicaciones científicas sobre el tema en 2015, concentradas en las regiones Sudeste y Sur de Brasil, con diferentes tipos de discapacidad y estudiantes de distintas edades. Además, se encontró que las palabras clave más utilizadas en los estudios publicados son Educación Especial y Educación Física Adaptada. Se concluye del escenario investigado que la producción científica en torno a la Educación Física vinculada a la RBEE, aunque ha aumentado en los últimos años impulsada por el crecimiento de las producciones vinculadas a la revista, es aún incipiente y necesita expansión en algunos aspectos. Se espera que las investigaciones futuras profundicen los temas investigados y consideren los vacíos investigativos observados, con el fin de brindar caminos para la expansión y desarrollo de la Educación Física Adaptada en la realidad educativa.O presente estudo bibliométrico, teve como objetivo mapear e explorar a produção científica da área da Educação Física na Revista Brasileira de Educação Especial (RBEE), tendo como fonte os artigos publicados pelo periódico entre 1992 e 2021. Foram selecionados 33 artigos que faziam referência à Educação Física ou à Educação Física Adaptada. Os resultados da análise indicaram maior número de publicações científicas sobre a temática no ano de 2015, concentrados nas regiões Sudeste e Sul do Brasil, com diferentes tipos de deficiências e alunos de idades variadas. Além disso, averiguou-se que as palavras-chaves mais empregadas nas publicações são Educação Especial e Educação Física Adaptada. Conclui-se, a partir do cenário investigado, que a produção científica em torno da Educação Física vinculada à RBEE, embora tenha aumentado nos últimos anos, impulsionada pelo crescimento das produções vinculadas ao periódico, ainda é incipiente e necessita de ampliação em alguns aspectos.
