Teachers’ impressions in school physical education in Cuiabá, mato grosso: report of positive experiences in early childhood education

Resumo: | The present study aims to describe the teaching practices developed in Physical Education classes in Early Childhood Education based on reports of experiences from Physical Education teachers in municipal schools in Cuiabá/MT. To do so, we carried out a field study, of a descriptive nature, with a qualitative and interpretative approach. The research subjects were six Physical Education teachers from municipal schools in Cuiabá/MT, working in Early Childhood Education. The instruments used in the research were questionnaire and interview. We evidenced in the reports the teachers' experiences considered as successful, significant, useful, among them: the experience in relation to body knowledge; the use of music, different rhythms and spaces; playfulness and imagination; the use of recycled material as a resource in the classes. |

El presente estudio tiene como objetivo describir las prácticas docentes desarrolladas en las clases de Educación Física en la Educación Infantil a partir de relatos de experiencias de profesores de Educación Física en escuelas municipales de Cuiabá/MT. Para ese propósito, realizamos un estudio de campo, de carácter descriptivo, con enfoque cualitativo e interpretativo. Los sujetos de la investigación fueron seis profesores de Educación Física de escuelas municipales de Cuiabá/MT que actúan en Educación Infantil. Los instrumentos utilizados en la investigación fueron cuestionario y entrevista. Evidenciamos en los relatos de los docentes experiencias consideradas como exitosas, significativas, útiles, entre ellas: la experiencia en relación al conocimiento del cuerpo; el uso de la música, diferentes ritmos y espacios; alegría e imaginación; el uso de material reciclado como recurso en las clases.O presente estudo tem por objetivo descrever as práticas de ensino desenvolvidas nas aulas de Educação Física na Educação Infantil a partir dos relatos de experiências de professores de Educação Física das escolas municipais de Cuiabá, MT. Para tanto, realizamos um estudo de campo, de natureza descritiva, de abordagem qualitativa e interpretativa. Os sujeitos da pesquisa foram seis professores de Educação Física das escolas municipais de Cuiabá, MT, atuantes na Educação Infantil. Os instrumentos utilizados na pesquisa foram questionário e entrevista.
