PEDAGOGICAL OFFICES: VALUING AND STIMULATING THE SUBJECTS OF THE EJA FIELD

Resumo: The present text consists of an experience report on differentiated pedagogical practices, carried out with the Youth and Adult Education of the field, at the Antônio Alves Dias State School, located in the settlement of Jacaré Valente, in the municipality of Confresa, Mato Grosso. To verify ways of valuing the knowledge, experiences and life history of the subjects of this modality, through the promotion of situations of learning that could mean beyond the school spaces; also reflect on teacher training for EJA, since the teacher needs to assume an autonomous position in the construction / reconstruction of the knowledge needed to work with the EJA. Among the results obtained with the research, the need to constantly have action-reflection-action, in the exercise of teaching, mainly on pedagogical planning, since this, daily subsidizes the teaching practice and values the specificities present in this modality.

Among the results obtained with the research, the need to constantly have action-reflection-action, in the exercise of teaching, mainly on pedagogical planning, since this, daily subsidizes the teaching practice and values the specificities present in this modality.O presente texto consta-se de um relato de experiência sobre práticas pedagógicas diferenciadas, realizada com a Educação de Jovens e Adultos do campo, na escola Estadual Antônio Alves Dias, localizada no assentamento Jacaré Valente, município de Confresa, Mato Grosso, e teve como objetivo verificar formas de valorizar os saberes, experiências e história de vida dos sujeitos dessa modalidade, por meio da promoção de situações de aprendizagens que pudessem significar para além dos espaços escolares; também refletir sobre formação docente para atuação na EJA, visto que o professor precisa assumir uma postura autônoma na construção/reconstrução dos saberes necessários para o trabalho com a EJA.
