THE INVERSE RULE OF THREE IN LILAVATI (1150) BY BHĀSKARĀCĀRYA AS A RESOURCE FOR TEACHER EDUCATION AND MATHEMATICS TEACHING

Resumo: Research is being developed with a view to creating subsidies that help in the training of future mathematics teachers, so that they have practices that help to improve their classes, making them more attractive to the students. In this context, the History of Mathematics emerges, which has been providing resources to be applied to undergraduates, promoting an interface between history and teaching Mathematics. Thus, this article aims to discuss the simple and inverse rule of three expounded in Līlavātī, by Bhāskarācārya, with didactic considerations of these concepts, relating them to the BNCC of the final years of elementary school. For this, we used as a methodological approach the precepts of qualitative research, of a documentary nature. Thus, we conclude that, from this historical stretch, didactic possibilities can emerge that dialogue with the National Common Curricular Base, collaborating for the development of skills and abilities that govern education today.

En ese contexto, surge la Historia de las Matemáticas, que viene proporcionando recursos para ser aplicados a los estudiantes de pregrado, promoviendo una interfaz entre la historia y la enseñanza de las Matemáticas. Así, este artículo tiene como objetivo discutir la regla de tres simple e inversa expuesta en Līlavātī, de Bhāskarācārya, con consideraciones didácticas de estos conceptos, relacionándolos con el BNCC de los últimos años de la escuela primaria. Para ello, utilizamos como enfoque metodológico los preceptos de la investigación cualitativa, de carácter documental. Así, concluimos que, de este tramo histórico, pueden emerger posibilidades didácticas que dialogan con la Base Curricular Común Nacional, colaborando para el desarrollo de competencias y habilidades que hoy rigen la educación.Pesquisas estão sendo desenvolvidas com vista a criar subsídios que auxiliem na formação de futuros professores de Matemática, para que estes tenham práticas que ajudem a incrementar suas aulas, tornando-as mais atrativas ao olhar dos alunos. Nesse contexto, surge a História da Matemática, que vem fornecendo recursos para serem aplicados aos licenciandos, promovendo uma interface entre história e ensino de Matemática. Dessa maneira, este artigo tem por objetivo discutir a regra de três simples e inversa exposta em Līlavātī, de Bhāskarācārya, com considerações didáticas desses conceitos, relacionando-os com a BNCC dos anos finais do ensino fundamental. Para isso, utilizamos como percurso metodológico os preceitos da pesquisa qualitativa, de caráter documental.
