Resumo: Abstract: The article presents the impact of the technologies usage for initial teacher training and proposes a hybrid type application to monitor graduates in the context of a Brazil's northeast region State University. It aims to identify possibilities and potentialities for Higher Education, with regards to the offer of undergraduate courses in a face-to-face modality, and on the graduates monitoring via hybrid application. It uses a qualitative approach methodology with documental research to demonstrate technologies usage impact on the courses offered by the University. It presents graduates profile data of the Pedagogy course, with a focus on professional development, obtained via the Survey monkey platform for the development of master's degree product. It concludes with observations about the potential use of technologies to offer face-to-face education.. It presents as results data on the use of the application as a possibility of monitoring graduates, this way contributing to optimize the management process as well as professional development analysis in Higher Education. Educational and School Management.Resumo: O artigo apresenta o impacto do uso de tecnologias para a formação inicial de professores e propõe um aplicativo do tipo híbrido para acompanhamento dos egressos no contexto de uma Universidade Estadual da região nordeste brasileira. Tem como objetivo identificar possibilidades e potencialidades para a Educação Superior, no que tange à oferta de cursos de licenciatura na modalidade presencial, e no acompanhamento dos egressos via aplicativo híbrido. Utiliza metodologia de abordagem qualitativa com pesquisa documental para demonstrar o impacto do uso das tecnologias nos cursos ofertados pela Universidade. Apresenta dados do perfil de egressos do curso de Pedagogia, com recorte sobre desenvolvimento profissional, obtidos via plataforma Survey monkey para desenvolvimento do produto de mestrado. Conclui com observações sobre a potencialidade do uso das tecnologias para oferta da educação presencial. Apresenta como resultados dados sobre o uso do aplicativo como possibilidade de acompanhamento de egressos, o que otimiza e contribui para os processos de gestão e análise do desenvolvimento profissional na Educação Superior.
