Resumo: Abstract: With the pandemic caused by the SARS-CoV-2 virus, the educational sector has faced colossal challenges and transformations in the teaching and learning processes. This article aims to discuss these changes, to point out social inequalities of access to the internet, and to narrate an experience of teaching internship done remotely at the School of Applied Sciences of the University of Campinas. Adaptations, and methodological innovations were necessary, with the expansion of technological resources use. The experience was configured as a powerful opportunity for theoretical and practical improvement, contributing to the formation of students and teachers. In view of the educational challenges that continually arise, it is necessary to search for new paradigms for the construction of methodological and teaching alternatives, aiming at a more egalitarian education, together with the mobilization of public policies for teacher training and digital inclusion. Technology.Resumo: Com a pandemia instalada pelo vírus SARS-CoV-2, o setor educacional enfrentou colossais desafios e transformações nos processos de ensino e de aprendizagem. Este artigo tem como objetivo discorrer sobre tais mudanças, apontar desigualdades sociais de acesso à internet e narrar uma experiência de estágio de docência realizado remotamente na Faculdade de Ciências Aplicadas da Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Foram necessários estudos, adaptações e inovações metodológicas, com a ampliação do uso de recursos tecnológicos. A experiência se configurou como oportunidade potente de aperfeiçoamento teórico e prático, contribuindo para a formação discente e docente. Diante dos desafios educacionais, que continuamente surgem, faz-se mister a busca, sempre necessária, por novos paradigmas para a construção de alternativas metodológicas e de ensino, visando a uma educação mais igualitária, em conjunto com a mobilização por políticas públicas de formação docente e de inclusão digital.
