Teaching set theory to visually impaired students: research mapping

Resumo: This article has as its subject the teaching of Mathematics for visually impaired students, specifically the teaching of Set Theory. The development of this study permeates as a general objective the mapping of research on methodologies aimed at teaching Set Theory to students with visual impairments. The search on the SciELO journals portal followed the key term: “visual impairment mathematics”, covering in general. For this search, seven articles were found, which were categorized according to the data. Thus, the conclusion briefly resumes the results proposing possible studies to develop from the scarcity of productions on the subject.

El desarrollo de este estudio permea como objetivo general el mapeo de la investigación sobre metodologías orientadas a la enseñanza de la Teoría de Conjuntos a estudiantes con discapacidad visual. La búsqueda en el portal de revistas SciELO siguió el término clave: “matemáticas de la discapacidad visual”, cubriendo en general. Para esta búsqueda se encontraron siete artículos, los cuales fueron categorizados según los datos. Así, la conclusión resume brevemente los resultados proponiendo posibles estudios a desarrollar a partir de la escasez de producciones sobre el tema.Esse artigo tem como tema o ensino de Matemática para alunos deficientes visuais, especificamente o ensino de Teoria dos Conjuntos. O desenvolvimento desse estudo permeia como objetivo geral o mapeamento de pesquisas sobre metodologias voltadas ao ensino de Teoria dos Conjuntos a alunos com deficiência visual. A busca no portal de periódicos SciELO seguiu o termo chave: “matemática deficiência visual”, abordando de modo geral. Para essa busca foram encontrados sete artigos, os quais foram categorizados conforme os dados.
