Resumo: Continuing teacher training is an important part of the process of establishing Inclusive Education. This work aimed to highlight the importance of continued training in Inclusive Education by surveying the legal frameworks that guide these two aspects. Research and reading of scientific articles were carried out and a subsequent selection of the perceptions of various authors on the subject was carried out. What can be inferred from this work is that despite the existence of broad legal support, Inclusive Education is poorly established in schools and this is related to the deficiency in the continuing training of teachers to work with students who have special needs, as well as the ignorance of the laws.

Neste trabalho objetivou-se destacar a importância da formação continuada na Educação Inclusiva fazendo-se o levantamento dos marcos legais que norteiam esses dois aspectos. Foram feitas pesquisas e leitura de artigos científicos e um posterior recorte das percepções de vários autores sobre o assunto.
