PSYCHOANALYSIS AS A POSSIBILITY FOR THE TREATMENT OF CHILDREN WITH AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER: LITERATURE REVIEW

Resumo: The general objective of the study is to address the issue of psychoanalysis as a possibility for the treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder. A bibliographical research was used in a narrative way, supported by websites and scientific articles. According to the analyzed materials, it was possible to conclude that psychoanalysis in the treatment of children with autism spectrum disorder undergoes numerous theoretical changes and innovations since the case of Melanie Klein with Dick, this approach incorporates contributions from different authors and fields of knowledge, such as neuroscience, developmental psychology. Research points to the contributions of the psychoanalytic approach to the positive evolution of patients, contributing to the expansion of play, communication and also better relationships with the world that surrounds the autistic person. It is worth highlighting the importance of parents in direct participation throughout the psychotherapeutic process, the success of the treatment also depends a lot on this.

Se utilizó una investigación bibliográfica de forma narrativa, apoyada en sitios web y artículos científicos. De acuerdo con los materiales analizados, se pudo concluir que el psicoanálisis en el tratamiento de niños con trastorno del espectro autista sufre numerosos cambios teóricos e innovaciones a partir del caso de Melanie Klein con Dick, este enfoque incorpora aportes de diferentes autores y campos del conocimiento, tales como como neurociencia, psicología del desarrollo. La investigación apunta a las contribuciones del enfoque psicoanalítico para la evolución positiva de los pacientes, contribuyendo a la expansión del juego, la comunicación y también mejores relaciones con el mundo que rodea a la persona autista. Cabe destacar la importancia de los padres en la participación directa durante todo el proceso psicoterapéutico, de esto también depende mucho el éxito del tratamiento.O objetivo geral do estudo é abordar  a  questão  da  psicanálise como uma possibilidade para o tratamento de crianças com transtorno do espectro autista. Utilizou-se  uma  pesquisa  bibliográfica de forma narrativa,  amparada  em   sites  e  artigos científicos.  De acordo com os  materiais analisados  foi  possível  concluir que  é a psicanálise no tratamento de crianças com transtorno do espectro autista passa por inúmeras mudanças teóricas e inovações desde os estudos de Melanie Klein com a criança “Dick”, essa abordagem incorpora contribuições de autores e campos de conhecimento diversos, tais como a neurociência, psicologia do desenvolvimento. As pesquisas apontam contribuições da abordagem psicanalítica na evolução positiva dos pacientes, contribuindo para a expansão do brincar, da comunicação e também a melhores relações com o mundo que cerca o autista.
