THE ILLNESS OF TEACHERS: PERSPECTIVES OF PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL DAILY LIFE - A BRIEF LITERATURE REVIEW

Resumo: The current demands presented by the world of work trigger a series of significant transformations in the personal and professional lives of different subjects, thus, in the educational area it is no different. The various conditions to which education professionals are exposed have increased the number of sick teachers. The factors are diverse and the look needs to be attentive to the responsibilities of this educational reality that is in crisis. In view of this, this article aims to understand the situations related to the illness of teachers, considering perspectives of the daily life of education professionals. Therefore, the methodology was basic research with a qualitative approach and narrative objective through literature review that mapped historical and thematic narratives, enabling new discussions and future studies.

Las diversas condiciones a las que están expuestos los profesionales de la educación han incrementado el número de docentes enfermos. Los factores son diversos y la mirada necesita estar atenta a las responsabilidades de esta realidad educativa en crisis. Frente a eso, este artículo tiene como objetivo comprender las situaciones relacionadas con la enfermedad de los docentes, considerando perspectivas del cotidiano de los profesionales de la educación. Por lo tanto, la metodología fue investigación básica con enfoque cualitativo y objetivo narrativo a través de revisión de literatura que mapeó narrativas históricas y temáticas, posibilitando nuevas discusiones y estudios futuros.As atuais exigências apesentadas pelo mundo do trabalho desencadeiam uma série de transformações significativas na vida pessoal e profissional dos diferentes sujeitos, assim, na área educacional não é diferente. As diversas condições as quais estão expostos os profissionais da educação tem elevado o número de docentes adoecidos. Os fatores são diversos e, o olhar precisa estar atento para as responsabilizações dessa realidade educacional que se apresenta em crise. A vista disso, o presente artigo tem por objetivo, compreender as situações relacionadas ao adoecimento dos docentes, considerando perspectivas do cotidiano dos profissionais da educação.
