Resumo: This article presents the dialogue between its authors regarding the living, teaching and researching arrangements in the context of the Teacher Training Program of the Rio de Janeiro State University (Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro – FFP/UERJ) and the Technological University of Pereira (Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira – UTP), Colombia. It evaluates the unfoldments of a program developed, in December 2016, themed: “Biographical-narrative dialogues in social, political and cultural transformative processes”, which aims to share conceptions and actions that portray the power existent in the gathering and in the narrative of the movements of teacher and human formation, specially through oral, written and videographic narratives. The theoretical and methodological benchmarks are based in the self-biographical narrative research/formation, and the dialogue between Brazil and Colombia shares theoretical and methodological values and ethical, esthetical, and political commitments, reaffirming the strength in the voices and stories of youngsters still developing.

Trata-se de um desdobramento de programa desenvolvido, em dezembro de 2016, sobre o tema “Diálogos biográfico-narrativos em processos de transformação social, política e cultural”, com o objetivo de partilhar concepções-ações que expressam a potência do encontro e da narrativa nos movimentos de formação humana e docente, especialmente por meio de narrativas orais, escritas e videográficas. Os referenciais teórico-metodológicos se fundamentam na pesquisa-formação narrativa (auto)biográfica, e o diálogo entre Brasil e Colômbia partilha princípios teórico-epistemológicos e compromissos éticos, estéticos e políticos, reafirmando a força das vozes e histórias dos jovens estudantes em processos de formação.  El presente texto es el resultado del diálogo entre los autores sobre modos como viven-investigan-forman, en el contexto de la Facultad de Formación de Profesores de la Universidad del Estado de Río de Janeiro (FFP/UERJ) y de la Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira (UTP), Colombia, consistiendo en desdoblamiento del programa desarrollado, en diciembre de 2016, sobre el tema “Diálogos biográfico-narrativos en procesos de transformación social, política y cultural”. El objetivo consiste em compartir concepciones-acciones que expresan la potencia del encuentro y de la narrativa en los movimientos de formación humana y docente, especialmente por medio de narrativas orales, escritas y videográficas. Los referenciales teórico-metodológicos toman como fundamentación el abordaje de investigación-formación narrativa (auto)biográfica.
