This work seeks to explore the intersection between Junior Enterprises (EJs) and the business consulting sector in the Brazilian context. Considering the significant growth of EJs in recent decades and their potential to develop skills and promote entrepreneurship among university students, the research examines how these organizations can contribute to the advancement of the field of business consulting in Brazil. The study analyzes the challenges, opportunities, and impacts of EJs on business consulting, as well as their role in the formation of qualified professionals and the development of solutions for companies. To this end, a literature review was used in qualitative research, which highlighted the importance of EJs as a rich opportunity for students to apply in practice the knowledge acquired in academic life, as a source of effective preparation for the job market.
