Junior Companies and their main contributions in consultancy services for Micro and Small Companies

Resumo: This academic work discussed the importance of junior companies for micro and small companies (MSEs) in the Brazilian context, highlighting their role in providing accessible consultancy services, innovative solutions and talent development. The research approach in question was through qualitative research due to the problematic highlighted in question, and its execution occurred through bibliographical research, through a literature review. The critical analysis of the literature demonstrated the relevance of bibliographic research as a research method. Due to the complexity of the topic, continued research is considered to further explore the benefits of junior companies, as well as the challenges of their partnership with micro and small companies, taking into account their implications in a business environment in constant evolution . Finally, it was identified that this symbiotic relationship benefits both MSEs and junior companies, strengthening entrepreneurship, contributing to regional development and promoting the training of young entrepreneurs.

A abordagem da pesquisa em questão deu-se através da pesquisa qualitativa devido a problemática enfatizada em questão, sendo que a sua execução ocorreu através de pesquisa bibliográfica, por meio de revisão de literatura. A análise crítica da literatura demonstrou a relevância da pesquisa bibliográfica como método de investigação. Pela complexidade do tema, considera-se a continuidade da pesquisa para explorar mais a fundo os benefícios das empresas juniores, bem como os desafios de sua parceria com as micro e pequenas empresas, levando em consideração as suas implicações em um ambiente empresarial em constante evolução.
