Resumo: Introduction: Contemporary society changes the demands of professionals frequently and dynamically, a fact that increasingly requires workers to be qualified and have specific knowledge and skills to obtain the desired levels of evolution Objective: is to report the challenges encountered in the change from technical level in nursing to graduation in nursing. Method: This is an integrative, qualitative review study which allows the synthesis of multiple published studies, allowing general conclusions about a particular area of ​​study, which allows research to be analyzed that provide subsidies for decision-making Results: The database search resulted in 7 articles that supported the discussion. Of these, 02 articles came from the SCIELO database, 03 from BDENF and 02 from LILACS. The selected publications were identified according to: article title, author, year, objective, type of study and results Conclusions: Through the analysis and discussion of the findings of this study, we can see the challenges encountered in changing the technical level in nursing for graduation in nursing, lack of teacher improvement as strategies to facilitate learning; baggage brought by the student and their digital skills. disengagement of the student with the teaching-learning process; students' educational deficiency; difficulties in using new methods; reconciling work with study; Extensive workload.

Método: Trata-se de um estudo de revisão integrativa, qualitativa ao qual possibilita a síntese de múltiplos estudos publicados, possibilitando conclusões gerais a respeito de uma particular área de estudo, o que permite que sejam analisadas pesquisas que fornecem subsídios para tomadas de decisões Resultados: A pesquisa nos bancos de dados resultou em 7 artigos que alicerçaram a discussão. Desses, 02 artigos foram provenientes da base SCIELO, 03 da BDENF e 02 da LILACS.
