Resumo: Computerized immunization systems have the purpose of collecting data relating to immunization practices in order to produce specific data from a local sphere to facilitate the resolutions and conducts in the domain of immunization management. In Brazil, we use the Information System of the National Immunization Program, the SIPNI. The current study tends to evaluate if new technologies of mobile health tools, approved by WHO, can enhance SIPNI. It is an integrative review of literature in the databases LILACS, GOOGLE SCHOLAR, SCIELO, BDENF and MEDLINE using the descriptors: SIPNI, mobile health, mhealth, immunization. The results of this study pointed out that mobile health initiatives with public partnerships, despite the encouragement of WHO, were not found in Brazil through publications. The studies about the SIPNI theme are still very deficient. The researches found about the topic of mobile health (mhealth), with public partnerships, were all in other countries and express data of qualitative and quantitative importance, from local spheres. The research concluded that in general, there is preliminary evidence to support the use of mhealth mobile health technology to expand vaccination coverage in low- and middle-income countries and to improve the information system of the national immunization program, the SIPNI.
