Maternity experiences in the early days grow in relation to the number of women prisoners. What are the psychological aspects of the management and what actions and services are necessary to guarantee the right to health of pregnant women in the prison system? The purpose of this study was to identify the psychological functions of pregnant women and the actions and health services are necessary to guarantee the health service of pregnant women deprived of their liberty, not showing the quality of the service provided as prisoners, evaluating how organized a public policy to meet this search data around pregnancy-puerperal. This study is an integrative review of the literature with a wide range of reference methodologies, having access to a series of experimental and non-experimental studies for a complete understanding of the analysis process carried out in a search in the following databases : Latin American and Caribbean Literature in Health Sciences (LILACS), Virtual Health Library (VHL), Scientific Electronic Library Online (SCIELO), Nursing Database (BDENF), on the psychological aspects of pregnant women in private jail . How to protect yourself puts pressure on predictive functions, it is better than practices of freedom of expression, it is better Like the directives, the programs established by the PNSSP and the PNAISM occur reliably.
