Resumo: | With the constant growth of vacancies in Higher Education Institutions in the field of Pedagogy, professionals who, in theory, should be prepared to assume their role as teachers of the initial series enter the job market. In addition to this, there is a law that guarantees quality basic education that meets the needs of everyone, from north to south of the country. It is in this context that this study seeks to analyze the gaps in the LDB (Law of Guidelines and Bases of Education) regarding the quality of teaching and the poor training of educators in the initial series. This article begins with the definition of what an exploratory study is, followed by a brief history of how the Law of Guidelines and Bases of Education emerged and its applications, and finally, an analysis is made of the pedagogy course, its growing offer, and the poor training of teachers. |

Somado a isso, há a lei que garante uma educação básica de qualidade e que atenda a todos, de norte a sul do país. É nesse contexto que este estudo busca analisar as lacunas presentes na LDB acerca da qualidade de ensino e a má formação dos educadores nas séries iniciais.
