Resumo: | The intervention-research that bases the reflection of this dissertation comes from the idea that the nowadays society shows in many situations interpersonal relations getting more and more distant, situations that need a more sympathetic attention. This interpersonal relation pattern reflects itself in educational ways that see people not as individuals but as numbers, as duty as performance. In this dissertation the clown formation has the objective of suggesting didactic experiments and behaviors and also strategies for the improvement of the every-day interpersonal educator relations. In the intervention research experiment, Paulo Freire??s categories were emphasized in a clown formation course, for instance: can good mood be considered a didactic ???re-source??? improving curiosity? The use of a semi-structured questionary allowed us forecast some demands: relation improvement in school environment through a conscious body reading, sensation perceptions and the use of ludic-pedagogical resources. The method used turned into a planned intervention for the clown formation with a ten-day course. The results obtained showed that improvements expected from the experiment were incorporated in the professional performance of the participants analyzed during the course. As a pay back a DVD was produced showing Paulo Freire??s categories and how it affected the life of the participants seven months after. |

Tal modelo de relaciones se refleja en modos de educaci??n que perciben las personas impersonalmente, como n??meros, como funciones, como desempe??os. En este trabajo, la formaci??n de Payasos objetiva experimentar y proponer posturas, did??cticas y estrategias de ense??anza para mejora de las relaciones humanas en el cotidiano de los educadores. En la experiencia de pesquisa intervenci??n, categor??as de Paulo Freire se enfatizaron en un curso de formaci??n de Payasos. Por ejemplo: ??puede el buen humor se considerar un ???recurso??? did??ctico de optimizaci??n de la curiosidad? La aplicaci??n de un cuestionario semiestructurado permiti?? vislumbrar algunas demandas: mejorar las relaciones en el ??mbito escolar por medio de la lectura corporal consciente, de la percepci??n de sensaciones y del uso de recursos l??dicos pedag??gicos. La metodolog??a del experimento tom?? forma como intervenci??n planificada para el desarrollo del payaso en diez encuentros. Los resultados alcazados se incorporaron en devolutivas que se constituyeron en la propia formaci??n, es decir, el desarrollo de Payasos ???incorporados??? al desempe??o profesional de los estudiantes. Como devolutiva de la intervenci??n, se produjo un DVD que muestra las categor??as de Paulo Freire y como la vivencia se reverber?? en la vida de los estudiantes despu??s de siete meses.A pesquisa-interven????o que embasa as reflex??es desta disserta????o partem do pressuposto de que a sociedade atual apresenta, em muitas situa????es, rela????es interpessoais cada vez mais distantes, situa????es carentes de olhares atentos e emp??ticos. Tal padr??o de relacionamento reflete-se em modos de educa????o que percebem as pessoas impessoalmente, como n??meros, como fun????es, como performances. Neste trabalho, a forma????o de Palha??os tem como objetivo experimentar e sugerir posturas, did??ticas e estrat??gias para a melhoria das rela????es humanas no cotidiano de profissionais educadores. Na experi??ncia de pesquisa-interven????o, categorias de Paulo Freire foram enfatizadas num curso de forma????o de Palha??os. Por exemplo: pode o bom humor ser considerado um ???re-curso??? did??tico, otimizando ?? curiosidade? A aplica????o de um question??rio semiestruturado permitiu entrever algumas demandas: melhorar as rela????es no ambiente escolar por meio da leitura corporal consciente, da percep????o de sensa????es e do uso de recursos l??dico-pedag??gicos. A metodologia experimentada tomou corpo como interven????o planejada para o desenvolvimento do palha??o em dez encontros realizados. Os resultados obtidos foram incorporados em devolutivas que constitu??ram a pr??pria forma????o, isto ??, o desenvolvimento de Palha??os ???incorporados??? ?? performance profissional dos cursistas-estudantes.
