Nível de maturidade em sistema de gestão: uma abordagem

Resumo: The continuous improvement and therefore the satisfaction of all stakeholders is a permanent objective of managers and is part of the strategy of organizations. Because of that, organizations invest in technological improvement, in improvement of their work processes and in management models that ensure administrative efficiency and effectiveness in its management. This study aims to verify the level of maturity of a management system in the maintenance area of a passenger transportation company in Brazil, based on the self-assessment proposed by ABNT NBR ISO 9004:2010. We conducted a field research and literature review using the case study method.. The results obtained show that the strategic management managers recognize that the model for self-assessment and the requirements proposed by ISO-9004: 2010 are applicable for performance evaluation of the management system and that the existing system is not yet in its highest level of maturity.

Para isto as organizações investem constantemente no aprimoramento tecnológico, na melhoria de seus processos de trabalho e em modelos de gestão administrativa que asseguram eficiência e eficácia em sua gestão. O presente estudo tem por objetivo verificar o nível de maturidade do sistema de gestão da Manutenção de uma empresa do setor de transportes de passageiros no Brasil, tendo como referência a autoavaliação proposta pela ABNT NBR ISO 9004:2010. Realizou-se uma pesquisa de campo e uma pesquisa documental utilizando o Método de Estudo de Caso. Os resultados obtidos revelaram que os gestores de gestão estratégica reconhecem que tanto o modelo de autoavaliação quanto os requisitos propostos pela NBR ISO-9004:2010 são aplicáveis para a avaliação de desempenho do sistema de gestão e que o sistema implantado ainda não está no seu nível maior de maturidade.Made available in DSpace on 2015-04-07T21:10:35Z (GMT).
