Resumo: Based on Andrew Feenberg's theoretical framework of philosophy of technology, the resulting dissertation is a reflection on Education 4.0, thus understood as being related to the moment of the 4th Industrial Revolution that marks the current stage of global society. The critical theory of technology, as developed by Feenberg, is then based on sources, a theory that adds value-laden aspects of technology to the neutral aspects of technology, thus expanding the discussion to the scope of democratic participation in the choice and development of media systems. alternative purposes. It then pursues the objective of performing an analysis and interpretation of technology in the human condition and its consequences in Education 4.0 and from there on debating possible paths for education to follow, going beyond the passive reception of artifacts, participating, in a democratic way, in the definition and choice of them. The dissertation was carried out through a bibliographic review of books, articles, theses, and dissertations. Characterized the profile of the 4th. Industrial Revolution, characteristic of the current moment, makes explicit the resulting metamorphosis of education, with a view to establishing a proposal for new directions for it, in the light of Feenberg's theoretical categories.

Se basa entonces en las categorías proporcionadas por la teoría crítica de la tecnología, desarrollada por Feenberg, una teoría que añade a los aspectos neutros de la tecnología aquellos cargados de valores, ampliando así la discusión al ámbito de la participación democrática en la elección y desarrollo de sistemas de medios alternativos. Se persigue entonces el objetivo de realizar el análisis e interpretación de la influencia de la tecnología en la condición humana y sus reflejos en la Educación 4.0 y a partir de ahí discutir posibles caminos por los que debe pasar la educación, yendo más allá de la recepción pasiva de artefactos, participando democráticamente en su definición y elección. La disertación se realizó a través de una revisión bibliográfica de libros, artículos, tesis y disertaciones. Se caracterizó el perfil de la 4ª. Revolución Industrial, característica del momento presente, se explica la metamorfosis de su educación resultante, con miras a establecer propuestas de posibles nuevas direcciones para ella, a la luz de las categorías teóricas de Feenberg.Com base no referencial teórico da Filosofia da Tecnologia, de Andrew Feenberg, a dissertação desenvolve uma reflexão sobre a Educação 4.0 assim entendida, ao ser relacionada ao momento da 4ª Revolução Industrial, que marca o estágio atual da sociedade global. Apoia-se então nas categorias fornecidas pela teoria crítica da tecnologia, tal como desenvolvida por Feenberg, agregando aos aspectos neutros da tecnologia aqueles carregados de valores, ampliando assim a discussão para o âmbito da participação democrática na escolha e no desenvolvimento de sistemas de meios-fins alternativos. Persegue então o objetivo de realizar a análise e interpretação da influência da tecnologia na condição humana e seus reflexos na Educação 4.0 e a partir de então, debater caminhos possíveis para a educação percorrer, indo além da recepção passiva dos artefatos, participando, de forma democrática, da definição e da escolha deles. A dissertação foi realizada mediante revisão bibliográfica de livros, artigos, teses e dissertações. Caracterizado o perfil da 4ª.
