Resumo: This study is affiliated to Educational Management and Practice Program, Universidade Nove de Julho (PROGEPE – UNINOVE), specically to research and intervention line – Learning Methodology and Teaching Practices (LIMAPE). It was proposed as object of research the good and bad behavior in the classroom. Starting from this point some questions risen and they motivated and guided this specific subject development: what may be considered as good and bad behavior into school environment? Is it possible to build dialogue between teachers and students about good and bad behavior into the classroom? Starting from these questions, it was delimited as a general objective to mediate the dialogue and the student’s listening regarded to the basis from teachers and students’ relationship into the classroom. As the objectives of this research we raised: (1) identify the relationship among disciplinary processes established in the classroom and under students’ vision; (2) to check the interactions and dialogue possibilities among students and teachers; (3) to analyze the relationship between good and bad behavior into the classroom as a reflexing possibility; and (4) propose from the data collected and analyzed, together with the study participants, possible conflicts mediation risen by bad behavior. From the objectives introduced, this research was developed following a qualitative approach, applied from a research-action-intervention, based in the principle of hearing all participants in the process. This research was developed from the observation and intervention of its own teacher’s práxis, in other words, the relationship teacher-researcher and its students, when they could talk and think about their difficult in listening, talking and modifying the interdisciplinary environment in a way that it is possible to think about it. The instruments used in data collection were: recorded and late transcribed talking, questionnaires with open questions and observation records. It was defined as the research universe a public state school from east zone of Sao Paulo, school which will be called under the codename Transformation. As researches subjects were taken thirty-two students from the 5th grade and early years and the researcher teacher. To fulfills proposals, this research is based on Aquino, Estela, Vasconcellos and Freire’s studies. The research main results have shown that the dialogue had allowed the perception process about the correct behavior to the learning development, mainly from those students who had shown behavior difficulties and which students who were considered as having bad behavior. It was possible to realize advances regarded to the living conditions among the subjects in the classroom, mainly the ones previously considered as having bad behavior.

Esta investigación tiene como objeto de estudio la disciplina e indisciplina en el aula. A partir de este punto, surgieron algunas preocupaciones que motivaron y dirigieron el desarrollo de este tema: ¿Qué se puede considerar disciplina e indisciplina en el entorno escolar? ¿Es posible establecer diálogos (alumnos y docentes) sobre disciplina e indisciplina en el aula? Con las preguntas presentadas, el objetivo general era mediar el diálogo y la escucha como un lugar de reflexión colectiva sobre los fundamentos de la relación entre el docente y los estudiantes en el aula. Como objetivos de investigación, enumeramos: (1) identificar la relación existente en los procedimientos disciplinarios establecidos en el aula desde la perspectiva de los estudiantes; (2) verificar las posibilidades de interacción y diálogo entre estudiantes y docente; (3) analizar la relación entre disciplina e indisciplina en el aula como una posibilidad de reflexión; y (4) proponer, a partir del análisis de los datos, junto con los participantes de la investigación, posibles mediaciones de conflictos "generados por la indisciplina". Derivando de los objetivos presentados, la investigación se desarrolló de acuerdo con un enfoque cualitativo, a través de la metodología de investigación-acción-intervención, basada en el principio de escuchar a los involucrados en el proceso. La investigación se realizó a partir de la observación e intervención de la propia práctica de la profesora, es decir, la relación profesora-investigadora y sus alumnos, en la que podían dialogar y reflexionar sobre las dificultades para escuchar, hablar y modificar la indisciplina en una posibilidad de reflexión. Los instrumentos adoptados para la recolección de datos fueron: conversaciones grabadas y transcritas, cuestionario con preguntas abiertas y registros de observaciones. La investigación fue realizada en una escuela pública estatal en la región este de la ciudad de São Paulo (SP) con nombre en clave de Transformación. Los sujetos fueron: treinta y dos estudiantes del 5º año referente a los Años Iniciales y la profesora-investigadora. Con este fin, la investigación se basó principalmente en los estudios de Aquino, Estrela, Vasconcellos y Freire y los principales resultados mostraron que el diálogo permitió un proceso de percepción sobre la disciplina necesaria para el desarrollo del aprendizaje, especialmente de los estudiantes que tenían dificultades de aprendizaje y conducta, que resultó en actos considerados indisciplinados. La escucha y el diálogo mejoraron la relación entre profesora y estudiantes. Fue posible notar avances en las relaciones y en la interacción entre los sujetos en el aula, especialmente aquellos que fueron considerados indisciplinados.Este estudo vincula-se ao Programa de Mestrado em Gestão e Práticas Educacionais da Universidade Nove de Julho (PROGEPE – UNINOVE), especificamente à Linha de Pesquisa e de Intervenção – Metodologia de Aprendizagem e Práticas de Ensino (LIMAPE). Propôs-se como objeto de pesquisa a disciplina e a indisciplina na sala de aula. Partindo desse objeto, emergiram algumas inquietações que motivaram e direcionaram o desenvolvimento desse assunto: O que pode ser considerado disciplina e indisciplina no ambiente escolar? É possível estabelecer diálogos (estudantes e professora) sobre a disciplina e a indisciplina na sala de aula? Com os questionamentos apresentados, delimitou-se como objetivo geral mediar o diálogo e a escuta como lócus de reflexão coletiva sobre os fundamentos da relação professora e estudantes na sala de aula. Como objetivos de pesquisa, elencamos: (1) identificar a relação existente nos processos disciplinares estabelecidos em sala de aula sob a ótica dos estudantes; (2) verificar as possibilidades de interação e diálogo entre estudantes e professora; (3) analisar a relação entre a disciplina e a indisciplina existentes na sala de aula como possibilidade de reflexão; e (4) propor, a partir da análise dos dados, juntamente com as participantes da pesquisa, possíveis mediações dos conflitos “gerados pela indisciplina”. Derivando dos objetivos apresentados, a pesquisa foi desenvolvida segundo uma abordagem qualitativa, por meio da metodologia de pesquisa-ação-intervenção, pautada no princípio da escuta dos envolvidos no processo. A pesquisa foi realizada a partir da observação e intervenção da própria prática da professora, ou seja, a relação professora-pesquisadora e seus estudantes, na qual puderam dialogar e refletir sobre as dificuldades em escutar, conversar e modificar a indisciplina em uma possibilidade de reflexão. Os instrumentos adotados para a coleta de dados foram: conversas gravadas e transcritas, questionário com perguntas abertas e registros das observações. Definiu-se como universo da pesquisa uma escola pública estadual na zona leste de São Paulo (SP) de codinome Transformação. Os sujeitos foram: trinta e dois estudantes do 5º ano referente aos Anos Iniciais e a professora-pesquisadora. Para tanto, a pesquisa esteve pautada, principalmente, nos estudos de Aquino, Estrela, Vasconcellos e Freire e os principais resultados mostraram que o diálogo permitiu um processo de percepção sobre a disciplina necessária ao desenvolvimento da aprendizagem, principalmente dos estudantes que apresentavam dificuldades de aprendizado e de conduta, o que resultavam em atos considerados indisciplinados. A escuta e o diálogo aprimoraram a relação entre professora e estudantes.
