Resumo: This article aims to address the main reflexes of the recent changes that introduced the mandatory study of self-composed disciplines in the curricular matrices of Law courses in the country. The research problem aims to answer the following question: what are the main reflexes that can be identified in the academic training of legal professionals, given the introduction of the mandatory study of disciplines that deal with consensual forms of conflict resolution in law courses (self-composition) ? And, are the pedagogical aspects associated with this theme? The approach method is hypothetical-deductive, and data collection is done through primary and secondary sources. The conclusion affirmed the hypothesis raised, showing that the legal professional needs to be humanistically trained so that access to justice is ensured in a broad sense.
