Métodos autocompositivos no Ministério Público: limites e potencialidades

Resumo: In order to analyze the limits and potentialities of the Brazilian Public Ministry's performance in the use of self-composed methods, an analysis was made of the institution's role in making access to justice effective, the changes arising from Resolution 118/2014 of the National Council of the Ministry Público, which provides for the National Policy for the Encouragement of Self-Composition within the scope of the Public Ministry. In the Public Ministry of Santa Catarina - MPSC, the analysis of Act 635/2019 / PGJ was carried out, which defined self-composition in the Public Ministry of Santa Catarina and created NUPIA, the Permanent Center for the Encouragement of Self-Composition of the MPSC. We compared the act of the MPSC with three other nuclei from other States: NINA from the Public Ministry of Minas Gerais - MPMG, NUPA from the Public Ministry of Rio Grande do Norte - MPRN and CEMEAR from the Public Ministry of Rio Grande do Sul - MPRN. We checked the situation of the existing projects in the MPSC and made a case study of GAR - Support and Reflection Group, with analysis of the changes from the implementation of restorative practices.

No Ministério Público de Santa Catarina – MPSC, foi feita a análise do Ato 635/2019/PGJ que definiu a autocomposição no Ministério Público de Santa Catarina e criou o NUPIA, Núcleo Permanente de Incentivo à Autocomposição do MPSC. Foi realizada uma comparação do ato do MPSC com três outros núcleos de outros Estados: do NINA do Ministério Público de Minas Gerais – MPMG, do NUPA do Ministério Público do Rio Grande do Norte – MPRN e do CEMEAR do Ministério Público do rio Grande do Sul – MPRN.
