Operational quality of mechanized peanut harvest

Resumo: Harvesting is the most important stage for the cultivation of peanuts, with pulling and harvesting as necessary operations for the process. The objective of this work was to evaluate the quality of the peanut harvesting process through statistical control of the process. The experiment was carried out in the Triangulo Mineiro region in the State of Minas Gerais, where 20 samples were collected for each variable analyzed, visible losses in the pullout (VLD), invisible losses in the pullout (ILD) and total losses in the pullout (TLD). Statistical Process Control was used through the use of charts of control of individual values "‹"‹and mobile range, in addition to descriptive analysis for each quality indicator. It was found that the invisible and total losses at the start were the most critical, with little regard to the requirements of quality indicators, reflecting the highest losses and the lowest quality of the process. However, part of the process remained under control for most of the indicators evaluated, indicating that the data were close to the averages found, thus showing a good quality of the process.

El objetivo de este trabajo fue evaluar la calidad del proceso de cosecha del maní mediante el control estadístico del proceso.  El experimento se realizó en la región del Triángulo Mineiro en el Estado de Minas Gerais, donde se recolectaron 20 muestras por cada variable analizada, pérdidas visibles en el pullout (PVP), pérdidas invisibles en el pullout (PIP) y pérdidas totales en el pullout (PTP). Se utilizó Control Estadístico de Procesos mediante el uso de gráficos de control de valores individuales y rango móvil, además de análisis descriptivo para cada indicador de calidad.Se encontró que las pérdidas invisibles y totales al inicio eran las más críticas, con poca atención a los requisitos de los indicadores de calidad, reflejando las pérdidas más altas y la calidad más baja del proceso.Sin embargo, parte del proceso se mantuvo bajo control para la mayoría de los indicadores evaluados, lo que indica que los datos se acercan a los promedios encontrados, mostrando así una buena calidad del procesoA colheita é a etapa mais importante para a cultura do amendoim, tendo o arranquio e o recolhimento como operações necessárias para o processo. O objetivo deste trabalho foi de avaliar a qualidade do processo da colheita do amendoim por meio do controle estatístico do processo. O experimento foi realizado na região do Triangulo Mineiro no Estado de Minas Gerais, onde 20 amostras foram coletadas para cada variável analisadas, perdas visíveis no arranquio (PVA), perdas invisíveis no arranquio (PIA) e perdas totais no arranquio (PTA). O Controle Estatístico de Processos foi utilizado por meio do uso de cartas de controle de valores individuais e amplitude móvel, além de análise descritiva para cada indicador de qualidade. Verificou-se que as perdas invisíveis e totais no arranquio foram as mais críticas, atendendo pouca as exigências dos indicadores de qualidade refletindo nas maiores perdas e na menor qualidade do processo.
