Didactic resources existant in public schools at city of São Paulo

Resumo: It surveyed and analysed the types of didactic materiais which are found in public schools, to check the presence of instrumcnts to makc thc lcarning easier. Toe sampling units were 42 schools ofthe Public Net chosen by chance. Ali ofthem received a direct mail containing one questionaire about the available means of learning which are uscd in them, a \ettcr of introduction and an envelope previously stamped. After qualitative and quantitative data analysis it was found library as the resource more present and newspaper and microcomputcr as the more absents. It was obscrved at thc first grade library was the lcaming rcsource more utilized and at the second grade vídeo-cassete engaged this position. Again microcomputer and newspaper are the less utilizcd rcsources. lt conclued that thcre is a correlation between the existant and utilized resources in thc two grades oflearning.

As unidades amostrais foram 42 escolas da Rede Estadual sorteadas ao acaso. Todas receberam envelopes contendo um questionário sobre meios de ensino disponíveis e usados nas mesmas, carta de apresentação e envelope já selado para a resposta. Após análise quantitativa e qualitativa dos dados encontraram-se a biblioteca como recurso mais presente e o jornal e o microcomputador como os mais ausentes. Constatou-se também que no 1º Grau a biblioteca é o material mais utilizado e no2°Grau o videocassete ocupa esta posição. Novamente o microcomputadore o jornal são os menos utilizados.
