UNRAVELING THE RELATIONS BETWEEN NEOLIBERALISM: A CRITICAL ANALYSIS OF CAPITALISM

Resumo: The article intends to build a theoretical framework based on the concepts of neoliberalism, a regime created to defend economic and social liberty, and racism, based on a correlation, having as a theoretical basis the authors Jessé de Sousa, Grada Kilomba, Silvio Almeida and David Harvey. The temporal basis is the period when racism becomes science in Latin America, in the 16th and 17th centuries. It is possible to see that the neoliberal regime emerged to reinforce racism. Therefore, there is a bibliographic review, aiming to consolidate a theoretical framework that dialogues with decolonial perspectives to understand the dynamics between racist relations and their consequences caused by neoliberalism, with discrimination being present in people's lives. We highlight the need for a constant struggle by all social actors, black or not, for the advancement of the debate and for the end of colonialities. Key-words: Racism, Neoliberalism, liberty, Science, Colonialities.Este artigo tem como objetivo construir um referencial teórico que explore a relação entre o neoliberalismo, racismo e as colinialidades, destacando a correlação entre ambos. Para isso, serão utilizados os conceitos e perspectivas de renomados autores, como Jessé Souza, Grada Kilomba, Silvio Almeida, Quijano, David Harvey, Walter Mignolo, Catherine Walsh e outros. Através dessa análise, evidencia-se como o neoliberalismo e o racismo se interconectam, fornecendo uma base teórica sólida para compreender as dinâmicas sociais e políticas atuais; e a promoção da conscientização e a mobilização social, enfatizando a necessidade de uma luta coletiva em busca do fim das colonialidades e da construção de uma sociedade mais justa e equitativa.  As relações entre neoliberalismo, racismo e colonialidades são complexas e estão interligadas de várias maneiras.
