Resumo: This article aims to analyze the existing conceptions of poetry in the work Poesia faz pensar (2011), organized by the literary critic, poet and author of juvenile fiction works, Carlos Felipe Moisés, seeking to investigate how these conceptions are defended in the anthology and if they work as an incentive to read the chosen poems. To this end, we sought to analyze the composition of the anthology, taking into consideration, mainly, the names selected to compose the work under analysis. Furthermore, the structure of the work was also analyzed, which is divided into thematic sections and contains comments by Carlos Felipe Moisés before and after the set of poems that make up each section. Some of the organizer's comments were selected for a more detailed analysis of the notions of poetry that can be perceived in the reading of such observations. The analyzes were based on the theoretical conceptions of Antonio Candido (2011), Émile Benveniste (1989), Marisa Lajolo (2001), Ivete Lara Camargos Walty (2008), Hélder Pinheiro (2007), among other authors. In the reading carried out, it was concluded that the anthology is an important tool for working with the reading of poems in the classroom, because it brings a conception of poetry as a result of aesthetic elaboration and the poet's reflection on the ways of writing poems, important notions for students to get in touch with the ways of elaboration and not just with the contents of the poems, situation that which often happens in the school environment.

Para tal, buscou-se analisar a composição da antologia, tendo em vista, principalmente, os nomes selecionados para compor a obra em análise. Ademais, analisou-se também a estruturação da obra, que está dividida em seções temáticas e que contém comentários de Carlos Felipe Moisés anteriores e posteriores ao conjunto de poemas que compõem cada seção. Selecionou-se alguns dos comentários do organizador para a realização de uma análise mais detida a respeito das noções de poesia que se deixam perceber na leitura de tais observações. As análises foram feitas com base nas concepções teóricas de Antonio Candido (2011), Émile Benveniste (1989), Marisa Lajolo (2001), Ivete Lara Camargos Walty (2008), Hélder Pinheiro (2007), entre outros autores.
