Resumo: Study on the insertion of community radios on the Internet. It aims to situate the scenario in which community radio stations operate in Brazil, to understand the forms of occupation of space in the network by radio, to ascertain the programming tendencies, characteristics of community present, forms of popular participation feasible, and if there is evidence of Contribution to the exercise of citizenship.
