Resumo: Facing the obvious tensions of contemporary organizational environment, marked by the complexity of relationships among subjects, but also thought and lived from the rationality of mechanistic paradigms, we discuss the inclusion of new communication perspectives. We question the need for dialogue and the establishment and strengthening of bonds to support relationships that contribute to the (re) construction of meaning and encourage the placing of new insights into subjects, so essential and central dimensions (most of the times forgotten) to the survival of organizations.

Nos cuestionamos sobre la necesidad del diálogo y del establecimiento y fortalecimiento de vínculos para la sustentación de relaciones que contribuyan a la (re) construcción de sentido y favorezcan la lugarización de nuevas comprensiones sobre los sujetos, dimensiones tan esenciales y centrales (por lo general, olvidadas) para la propia supervivencia de las organizaciones. Diante das evidentes tensões do ambiente organizacional contemporâneo, marcado pela complexidade das relações entre sujeitos, mas ainda pensado e vivido a partir da racionalidade paradigmas mecanicistas, discutimos a inclusão de novas perspectivas comunicacionais.
