Resumo: Among all the technological hypes that preceded it, the explosion that the ChatGPT is causing is impressive. This is visible in the exacerbated volume of articles, interviews, columns, blogs and news on the subject that heat up magazines, newspapers and networks by the minute. Going beyond mere episodic information, this article intends to point to the most evident implications in view of the organization of some critical ideas that seem urgent given the circumstances. For this, the route to follow will focus on the impacts that are already felt: a) the consequences for the production and the circulation of scientific knowledge; c) the dilemmas that the Chat brings to education; d) the bottlenecks that literary creation imposes on him.

Más allá de la mera información episódica, este artículo pretende señalar las implicaciones más evidentes para la organización de algunas ideas críticas que parecen urgentes dadas las circunstancias. Para ello, la ruta a seguir se centrará en los impactos que ya se están sintiendo: a) las consecuencias para la producción y circulación del conocimiento científico; c) los dilemas que trae el Chat a la educación; d) los cuellos de botella que le impone la creación literaria.Entre todos os hypes tecnológicos que o antecederam, a explosão que o ChatGPT está provocando é impressionante. Isso é visível no exacerbado volume de artigos, entrevistas, colunas, blogs e notícias sobre o tema que esquentam as revistas, os jornais e as redes a cada minuto. Indo além das informações meramente episódicas, este artigo pretende apontar para as implicações mais evidentes tendo em vista a organização de algumas ideias críticas que parecem urgentes diante das circunstâncias.
