Territorial reclusion of children and teenagers at Jatobá Collective Urban Resettlement in Altamira Pará: deprivation of liberty in relation to the Belo Monte hydroelectric

Resumo: The article presents a discussion on the urban territorial seclusion of children and adolescents residing in the Collective Urban Resettlement (CUR) Jatobá, city of Altamira-PA, because of the deterritorialization caused by the Belo Monte Hydroelectric Plant Power with the scope of violence and fear as processes that interfere in the social relationship of the subject, directly interfering in the construction of immaterial and material ties in the new space. Thus, it aims to discuss the territorial seclusion experienced by children and adolescents of the RUC Jatobá and discuss the reverberation of this in their living conditions. The article is derived from the research of the master's dissertation "Deterritorialization of children and adolescents in relation to the UHE Belo Monte: a study of territorialities in the RUC Jatobá in Altamira-PA", carried out with the support of the Laboratory of Study of Territorial Dynamics in the Amazon. Methodologically, the qualitative-quantitative application of 82 forms was carried out in the RUC, being 41 interviews with children from 8 to 12 years and adolescents between 13 and 18 years, and 41 interviews with their legal guardians, Guardianship Council and Movement of Affected by Dam.

Así, se pretende problematizar la reclusión territorial vivida por los niños y adolescentes del RUC Jatobá y discutir la reverberación de ésta en sus condiciones de vida. El artículo se deriva de la investigación de la tesis de maestría "Desterritorialización de niños y adolescentes frente a UHE Belo Monte: un estudio de territorialidades en el RUC Jatobá en Altamira-PA", realizada con el apoyo del Laboratorio de Estudio de Dinámicas Territoriales en la Amazonía (Ledtam). Metodológicamente, se realizó la aplicación cualitativa-cuantitativa de 82 formularios en la RUC, siendo 41 entrevistas con niños de 8 a 12 años y adolescentes de 13 a 18 años y 41 entrevistas con sus tutores legales, Consejo Tutelar y Movimiento de Afectados por Represas (MAB).O artigo apresenta uma discussão sobre a reclusão territorial urbana de crianças e adolescentes residentes no Reassentamento Urbano Coletivo (RUC) Jatobá, cidade de Altamira-PA, como consequência da desterritorialização causada pela Usina Hidrelétrica de Belo Monte, tendo como escopo a violência e o medo como processos que interferem na relação social do sujeito, interferindo diretamente na construção de laços imateriais e materiais no novo espaço. Assim, objetiva-se problematizar a reclusão territorial vivenciada pelas crianças e adolescentes do RUC Jatobá e discutir a reverberação disso em suas condições de vida. O artigo é oriundo da pesquisa da dissertação de mestrado “Desterritorialização das crianças e dos adolescentes face a UHE Belo Monte: um estudo das territorialidades no RUC Jatobá em Altamira-PA”, realizada com o apoio do Laboratório de Estudo das Dinâmicas Territoriais na Amazônia (Ledtam).
