Resumo: The aim of the research was to analyze scientific publications related to organizational culture in the Web of Science databases from 1969 to 2019. The data collection procedure was through documents. The journals with the most publications was the Journal of Business Ethics. The evolution of publications on the theme was noted and the findings point to the existence of several subjects researched, from different perspectives, which on the one hand makes it challenging to systematize studies on the subject, but which, on the other hand, represents a field of analysis with great possibilities for investigations.

El procedimiento para la recolección de datos fue a través de documentos. La revista con más publicaciones fue Journal of Business Ethics. Se notó la evolución de las publicaciones sobre el tema y los hallazgos apuntan a la existencia de varios temas investigados, desde diferentes perspectivas, lo que por un lado dificulta la sistematización de estudios sobre el tema, pero que, por otro lado, representa un desafío. campo de análisis con grandes posibilidades de investigación.O objetivo da pesquisa foi analisar as publicações científicas relacionadas à cultura organizacional nas bases de dados da Web of Science no período de 1969 a 2019. O procedimento de coleta de dados foi por meio de documentos. O journals com mais publicações foi o Journal of Business Ethics.
