Analysis of the motivation of workers in a charity hospital

Resumo: The objective of this study was to analyze the perception of workers at a Charity Hospital in a municipality in the northwest of Rio Grande do Sul - Brazil in relation to the motivational factors of the Multidimensional Work Motivation Scale (MWMS). Searching from a field survey, a sample of 63 interviewees was detected, articulated with direct observation and the search for documents. The data were imposed with techniques of descriptive statistics. The results obtained by the techniques show that employees consider Autonomous Motivation, which is represented by the factors Identified Regulation and Intrinsic Motivation, where these professionals identify their personal values with their work and are motivated by situations intrinsic to their reality.

A través de una investigación de campo, se estableció una muestra de 63 entrevistados, articulada con la observación directa y la búsqueda de documentos. Los datos se analizaron mediante técnicas de estadística descriptiva. Los resultados obtenidos por los promedios muestran que los empleados consideran la Motivación Autónoma, la cual está representada por los factores Regulación Identificada y Motivación Intrínseca, donde estos profesionales identifican sus valores personales con su trabajo y están motivados por situaciones intrínsecas a su realidad.Objetivou-se analisar a percepção dos trabalhadores de um Hospital de Caridade de município do noroeste do Rio Grande do Sul - Brasil em relação aos fatores motivacionais da escala Multidimensional Work Motivation Scale (MWMS). Através de uma pesquisa de campo, estabeleceu-se uma amostra de 63 entrevistados, articulada com a observação direta e a busca de documentos. Os dados foram analisados com técnicas da estatística descritiva.
