Resumo: | The purpose of this research was to determine the incidence of motivation in the work performance of the administrative personnel of the Virgen de Cocharcas health network, Chincheros-Apurimac, by means of the quantitative method, with a non-experimental, transversal, correlational, causal logical scheme. The results showed that motivation has a significant influence (p<0.01) on work performance, whose general values are: r=0.516** and r2= 0.2662. It is concluded that it is necessary to strengthen the motivation of the collaborators of the administration of the Virgen de Cocharcas health network in order to increase their work performance. |

Se concluye que, hay que fortalecer en los colaboradores de la administración de la red de salud Virgen de Cocharcas, la motivación para acrecentar su rendimiento laboral. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi determinar a incidência de motivação no desempenho do trabalho do pessoal administrativo da rede de saúde Virgen de Cocharcas, Chincheros-Apurimac, por meio do método quantitativo, com uma abordagem não experimental, transversal, correlacional, causal esquema lógico. Os resultados mostraram que a motivação tem influência significativa (p<0,01) no desempenho no trabalho, cujos valores gerais são: r=0,516** e r2= 0,2662.
