Resumo: The purpose of this research was to determine the incidence of motivation in the work performance of the administrative personnel of the Virgen de Cocharcas health network, Chincheros-Apurimac, by means of the quantitative method, with a non-experimental, transversal, correlational, causal logical scheme. The results showed that motivation has a significant influence (p<0.01) on work performance, whose general values are: r=0.516** and r2= 0.2662. It is concluded that it is necessary to strengthen the motivation of the collaborators of the administration of the Virgen de Cocharcas health network in order to increase their work performance.

Si el resultado de que la hormona está relacionada Motivación significativamente (p <0.01) en la fuerza laboral El Perpeño, Mis valores de sonido de propósito general : r = 0.516 ** y r² = 0.2662. Se concluye que, hay que fortalecer en los colaboradores de la administración de la red de salud Virgen de Cocharcas, la motivación para acrecentar su rendimiento laboral. O objetivo desta pesquisa foi determinar a incidência de motivação no desempenho do trabalho do pessoal administrativo da rede de saúde Virgen de Cocharcas, Chincheros-Apurimac, por meio do método quantitativo, com uma abordagem não experimental, transversal, correlacional, causal esquema lógico. Os resultados mostraram que a motivação tem influência significativa (p<0,01) no desempenho no trabalho, cujos valores gerais são: r=0,516** e r2= 0,2662.
