Resumo: The present study addresses one of the main points related to the procedural changes made in the text of the CLT resulting from Law 13467/17 and its impact on access to justice and on the fundamental guarantee of free and integral legal assistance guaranteed to the hypothesized in the exercise of its right to equality before the law. In this sense, the present work deals with possible unconstitutionalities and violations of the constitutional principles of a State of Law, especially in establishing the payment of compensation fees, expert fees and costs arising from the filing of lawsuits to the beneficiaries of free legal services
