Resumo: This work explains the main characteristics related with the moral damage by rebound, one of the new subjects arising at the Labor Justice and which is the reason for discussion and perplexity. It shows how the consequences of these accidents endure for the rest of the worker’s life and points how should be the correction of the damage suffered, due to the death (reparation for the loss of a familiar) and not due to legal rights (working accident) born from the professional relationship between the deceased and the company
