This study aims to analyze the interactions of children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in the school environment, with an emphasis on the role of teachers in mediating these interactions and in the early years of literacy. Furthermore, it underscores the need for a comprehensive approach in schools, promoting a comprehensive curriculum and interactions among students, developing socio-emotional skills, creativity, and interpersonal relationships. The traditional model of teaching, focused on cognitive skills, is questioned, with the research seeking to understand how relationships affect the literacy process of children with ADHD. School management plays a crucial role in the inclusion and integration of these students. The research also emphasizes the importance of customizing the teaching approach, creating distraction-free learning environments, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to promote effective and meaningful literacy, addressing the individual needs of these children
