The investigation into the constitution of lesbian subjectivity in the sociability of capital constitutes the focus of this research. It was based on the assumption that the expansion of conservatism in society resulted in daily manifestations, based on moralism, in relation to people who have a sexual orientation different from heteromativity, that our objective in this research was to identify and analyze the ontological elements that constitute individuality of LGBTQIA+ collective subjects. We then arrive at the moral conservatism present in these contents. For this research, in addition to the bibliographical research carried out on the subject, the qualitative methodology included data collection through semi-structured interviews with elderly lesbians in the city of São Paulo. The data was selected between the first and second semesters of 2023, we selected six elderly lesbians from the city of São Paulo. From this, we inferred the correspondence of the collected material with stereotypes/stigmas that are often attributed to elderly lesbians. In the first chapter, we conceptualize the ontological categories that construct human subjectivity, especially individuality, subjectivity and diversity. We also made a brief historical journey about the construction of old age in the sociability of capital. In the second chapter, we situate some important historical milestones in the development process of the lesbian struggle in Brazil and the strength of conservative ideology in this process. In the third and last chapter, we present and analyze the data. We confirm our research hypothesis according to which a large proportion of elderly lesbians still face invisibility, stigma, prejudice and discrimination as a result of the conservatism present in Brazilian society
