Resumo: This paper aims to examine aspects of Precautionary Measures in arbitration proceedings under the perspective of Brazilian law. Search is an understanding of the institution of arbitration as an extrajudicial means of resolving conflicts, and the need of the application Precautionary Measures, to protect property, people and events that perished impossible to be exercised to its fullest right stuff. Therefore, it is necessary to work together and in parallel with the judiciary seeking implementation of these measures
