This study aims to examine the theme of the impossibility of bringing special and extraordinary resources against a decision on “reexame necessário”. Will be analyzed, in depth, the basics principles that are necessary to the understanding of the subject, especially access to jurisdiction, equality and confidence. In addition, will also be examined the extraordinary resource and the institute of “reexame necessário”. Will be exposed the understanding used by the present study with the exposition of arguments for the understanding of the impossibility of bringing special and extraordinary resources against a decision on “reexame necessário. It will be a collation between the positions taken and the understanding of doctrine and the Courts on the subject
