Resumo: Brazilian foreign policy went through matrix changes during the last two governments, Temer (2016-2018) and Bolsonaro (2019-2022), in addition to an impeachment. The objective of this article is to address and analyze the policies imposed to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs by the Executive Power from a different direction than established by the government of the Workers' Party, during a decade. In this way, a descriptive investigation of the actors, institutions and component actions of these moments is proposed, and of the rapid expansion of the ideals of the international right and rupture with the national construction
