Resumo: This study presents the contribution of Psychodrama in career coaching to promote job satisfaction. As coaching is a theme very present in human development programs and in the corporate world, it sought to empower it through the depth of psychodrama methodology without taking it to the therapeutic field. The intervention took place with open group, with participants recruited from the interest in the subject, in an eight meetings program, which lasted for two hours. The sociodramatic method was used as qualitative research. Applied a questionnaire as sociometric instrument to investigate the effectiveness of the program, which allowed to evaluate the perception of those involved to the degree of satisfaction that they had on their careers at the beginning and end of the meetings.I checked a significant increase in the level of satisfaction, from a mean of 68% to 82% at the end of the program. The main contribution was the synergy between the psychodrama referential and coaching structure. It demonstrated as psychodrama deepens and enhances the coaching process, allowing to reveal the internal barriers that do not appear in an common coaching. And for the participants it was the opportunity to look at the professional role as an expression of one's identity, setting goals and developing plans for the future, strengthening itself through self-development to take action and increase satisfaction with one's own career. The main lessons from the point of view of psychodramatist training are linked to the importance of planning, but also be aware of the group and give this support at the time that the group needs. And the opportunity to train the new knowledge and develop technical skill with the method

Como o coaching é um tema bastante presente nos programas de desenvolvimento humano e no mundo corporativo, procurou-se potencializá-lo por meio da profundidade da metodologia psicodramática sem levá-lo ao campo terapêutico. Buscou-se neste trabalho o foco em objetivos, autoconhecimento e compromisso com a ação para que os participantes alcancem novos resultados no papel profissional. A intervenção se deu com grupo aberto, com participantes recrutados a partir do interesse pelo tema, em um programa de oito encontros, que tinha duração de duas horas cada. Foi utilizado o método sociodramático como pesquisa qualitativa. Aplicou-se um questionário como instrumento sociométrico para averiguação da eficácia do programa, que permitiu avaliar a percepção dos envolvidos com o grau de satisfação que tinham sobre suas carreiras, no início e ao final dos encontros. Verificou-se um aumento significativo no nível de satisfação, partindo da média de 68% para 82% ao final do programa. A principal contribuição foi a sinergia entre o referencial psicodramático e a estrutura do de coaching. Foi demonstrado como o psicodrama aprofunda e potencializa o processo de coaching, permitindo desvelar as barreiras internas que não apareceriam em um trabalho exclusivo de coaching. E para os participantes foi a oportunidade de olhar para o papel profissional como uma expressão da própria identidade, definindo metas e elaborando planos para o futuro, fortalecendo-se através do autodesenvolvimento para entrar em ação e aumentar a satisfação com a própria carreira. Os principais aprendizados do ponto de vista da formação de psicodramatista estão ligados à importância do planejar, mas também estar atento ao grupo e abrir mão deste planejamento no momento em que o grupo precisar.
