Resumo: This work de alsto investigate issues related to taxation of time of any cult, based on doctrine and jurisprudence. The research seeks to highlight the possibilities to secure these benefits showing the paths that the tax immunity travels. It also controversy among the essential purpose and immunity time of any cult. It begins with a brief statement on the taxes and their ratings, for, subsequently forcing on the conceptual distinctions on the subject.
