Resumo: This study aimed to investigate ways of minimising the effects generated by the teachers’ turnover in the Children Education, regarding the establishment of emotional bonds – safe – with the babies and children, without creating a sudden break which would compromise their development. The period of the research was from 2013 to 2017 years in a Children Education Centre (CEC) which serves children with 0 to 3 years and 11 months age, situated in the peripheral region of the South area of the city of São Paulo. In order to develop the research, a document analysis of the legislation regulating the teachers’ removal in the Municipal System of São Paulo and an inventory of the records from the teachers’ attendance book of this Scholar Unity in order to identify the teacher’s stay or not stay. Another methodological procedure was the critical incidents trigger which was organized for an initial discussion with the 11 teachers who were also part of the focal group, with the aim to discuss the effects generated by these professionals’ turnover in this CEC. The critical incidents sensitized the teachers regarding the presented problem and in relation to the search for actions toward the confrontation of the teacher mobility intending to minimize the baby and children’s sorrow and to provide a greater affective and emotional security for their whole development. From the performed analysis it was possible to realise that the Scholar Unity has a high index of turnover in the course of the academic year. The political organization to the hiring, the closure or the displacement of the teachers does not match the needs of the babies and children since it happens in an uncontrolled way and in several moments during the academic year. Furthermore, it was identified the need of clearing the look of the managers, teachers, and families in order to promote a new reflection about the theme. Therefore, this research proposes some actions regarding the care in the welcoming of the entrant teacher of which highlight the need to allow the new teacher adaptation in order to develop the safe attachment and affective bonds with the babies and children, providing a health environment in every respect for the Early Childhood

Therefore, this research proposes some actions regarding the care in the welcoming of the entrant teacher of which highlight the need to allow the new teacher adaptation in order to develop the safe attachment and affective bonds with the babies and children, providing a health environment in every respect for the Early ChildhoodO presente estudo teve por objetivo investigar formas de minimizar os efeitos gerados pela rotatividade de professores na Educação Infantil, em relação ao estabelecimento de vínculos afetivos – seguros – junto aos bebês e às crianças, sem que haja ruptura brusca que comprometa o seu desenvolvimento. O período da pesquisa compreendeu os anos 2013 a 2017 de um Centro de Educação Infantil (CEI) que atende crianças de 0 a 3 anos e 11 meses, localizado em região periférica da zona Sul da cidade de São Paulo. Para o desenvolvimento da pesquisa, foi realizada uma análise documental da legislação que regulamenta a remoção de professores na Rede Municipal de São Paulo e um levantamento dos registros do Livro-Ponto dos professores desta Unidade Escolar a fim de identificar a permanência ou não dos professores. Outro procedimento metodológico foi o disparador dos incidentes críticos organizado para uma discussão inicial com os 11 professores que também participaram do grupo focal, com intuito de discutir os efeitos gerados pela rotatividade destes profissionais neste CEI. Os incidentes críticos sensibilizaram os professores quanto à problemática apresentada e em relação à busca de ações para o enfrentamento da mobilidade docente com a intenção de minimizar o sofrimento dos bebês e das crianças e proporcionar maior segurança afetiva e emocional para o desenvolvimento em sua integralidade. A partir das análises realizadas foi possível constatar que a Unidade Escolar tem um elevado índice de rotatividade no decorrer de cada ano letivo. A organização política relativa à contratação, ao encerramento ou à remoção do quadro docente não está alinhada às necessidades destes bebês e crianças, pois ocorre de forma desenfreada e em diversos momentos do ano letivo. Além disso, identificou-se a necessidade de apurar o olhar de gestores, docentes e famílias para uma nova reflexão da temática. Sendo assim, esta pesquisa propõe algumas ações referentes aos cuidados no acolhimento do professor ingressante, das quais destaca-se a necessidade de haver a adaptação do novo professor para desenvolver o apego e os vínculos afetivos seguros junto aos bebês e às crianças, proporcionando um ambiente saudável em todos os aspectos para a Primeira Infânciaapplication/pdfhttp://tede2.pucsp.br/tede/retrieve/47360/Priscilla%20Giatti%20de%20Lucca.pdf.jpgporPontifícia Universidade Católica de São PauloPrograma de Estudos Pós-Graduados em Educação: Formação de FormadoresPUC-SPBrasilFaculdade de EducaçãoRotatividade de professoresProfessores de educação infantilApego em criançasTeachers’ turnoverPreschool teachersAttachment in childrenCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAOA rotatividade de professores na Educação Infantil: e as crianças como ficam?The teachers’ turnover in the Children Education: and the children, how are they?info:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações da PUC_SPinstname:Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP)instacron:PUC_SPTEXTPriscilla Giatti de Lucca.pdf.txtPriscilla Giatti de Lucca.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain258375https://repositorio.pucsp.br/xmlui/bitstream/handle/21637/4/Priscilla%20Giatti%20de%20Lucca.pdf.txt16a456275623f6e64a14a352949eaf91MD54LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
