Resumo: | The overall objective of the research is to analyze the Public Policy interrelations for Vocational and Technological Education (VTE), the world of contemporary work, intermediated by the profile of training and professional performance of graduates of integrated technical courses in electronics and electrical engineering from CEFET-MG. The unfolding of the objective occurred into four specific objectives: a) present the Public Policies for VTE and analyze its relationship with the world of contemporary work; b) explain the professional and technological skills required by the capitalist production system in the labor market; c) analyze the interrelationships of public policies for VTE with the training profile of the investigated graduates; and d) correlating the professional skills and the application of technologies required by contemporary capitalist production systems. The reason of this study was legitimized by the shock fought in the institution about labor market from the question: to what extent the training profile of CEFET-MG Integrated Technical Courses are relating to Public Policies for VTE and inserting the graduates in the Contemporary labor market? Concerning the hypotheses, they are supported by assumptions: a) there is not interlocution of VTE Public policy, which prescribes a full and complete training, with the capitalist production system in the contemporary labor market; b) there is an interrelation of VTE Public Policy with the training profile of integrated technical courses of CEFET-MG; and c) there is a partial correlation of the professional performance of the graduates researched that occurs through productionist operational techniques required by the capitalist production system in the contemporary labor market The methodology used was qualitative in nature through the case study method, demonstrated in the documentary sources and online form, which allowed a deepening of this research. The results obtained showed the following opinions: a) although the vast majority of graduates investigated work or are working as high school-level technicians, they chose to attend graduation and post-graduation in related areas of technical education; and b) within the framework of labor market, companies where worked and / or work the surveyed technicians: a) implement centralized management, concentration planning; b) apply the automated technologies of flexible scheduling; c) organize the equipment in cells with operating junction, inspection and maintenance in continuous production flow; and d) the meaning assigned to work permeates the field of productivity, economic bias and the social aspects of productivity. This scenario demonstrates that the option held by the courses graduates, corroborates with the vertical integration of design education - high school-level technical, undergraduate and graduate - CEFET-MG, which allows the institution to keep the discussion with the Ministry of education in consolidating the transformation in Technological University. Finally, the specificities of professional and technological skills related to these technical, gives us a dialogue and interaction with the productive sectors, to improve the designs of integrated technical courses and the implementation of policies for EFA, through the assembly a regional observatory |

Finally, the specificities of professional and technological skills related to these technical, gives us a dialogue and interaction with the productive sectors, to improve the designs of integrated technical courses and the implementation of policies for EFA, through the assembly a regional observatoryO objetivo geral da pesquisa é analisar as inter-relações das Políticas Públicas para a Educação Profissional e Tecnológica (EPT), com o mundo do trabalho contemporâneo, intermediado pelo perfil de formação e atuação profissional dos egressos dos cursos técnicos integrados de eletrônica e eletrotécnica do CEFET-MG. O desdobramento desse objetivo se deu em quatro objetivos específicos: apresentar as Políticas Públicas para a EPT e analisar sua inter-relação com o mundo do trabalho contemporâneo; explicitar as competências profissionais e tecnológicas requisitadas pelo sistema de produção capitalista no mercado de trabalho; analisar as inter-relações das políticas públicas para a EPT, com o perfil de formação profissional dos egressos investigados; correlacionar às competências profissionais e a aplicação de tecnologias requisitadas pelos sistemas de produção capitalista contemporâneo. A justificativa desse estudo foi legitimada pelo embate travado na instituição sobre o mercado de trabalho a partir da indagação: até que ponto o perfil de formação profissional dos Cursos Técnicos Integrados do CEFET-MG está se relacionando com as Políticas Públicas para a EPT e inserindo os egressos no Mercado de Trabalho Contemporâneo? Sobre as hipóteses levantadas, se sustentam pelos pressupostos: não há uma interlocução das Políticas Públicas da EPT, que prescreve uma formação cidadã e integral, com o sistema de produção capitalista no mercado de trabalho contemporâneo; há uma inter-relação das Políticas Públicas da EPT com o perfil de formação profissional dos cursos técnicos integrados do CEFET-MG; há uma correlação parcial da atuação profissional dos egressos pesquisados que ocorre por meio de técnicas operacionais produtivistas, requisitadas pelo sistema de produção capitalista no mercado de trabalho contemporâneo. A metodologia selecionada é de natureza qualitativa, por meio do estudo de caso, evidenciado pela escolha do CEFET-MG, tendo-se utilizado de fontes documentais, acadêmicas e governamentais, como também quantitativa, através de questionário online junto aos egressos dos cursos técnicos em eletrotécnica e eletrônica. Os resultados obtidos apontam os seguintes pareceres: embora a grande maioria dos egressos investigados atuarem ou estarem atuando como técnicos de nível médio, eles optaram por cursar a graduação e pós-graduação em áreas correlatas com o ensino técnico; no âmbito do mercado de trabalho, as empresas onde trabalharam e/ou trabalham os técnicos pesquisados implementam a gestão centralizadora, com concentração de planejamento; aplicam as tecnologias automatizadas de programação flexível; organizam os equipamentos em células com junção de operação, inspeção e manutenção com fluxo contínuo de produção e com função específica, sendo operadas com divisão técnica do trabalho, com roteiro prescrito de produção; competências profissionais requisitadas pelo mercado de trabalho: inciativa, capacidade de raciocínio, espírito empreendedor, autonomia intelectual, pensamento integrativo, capacidade de raciocínio e tomada de decisões; significado atribuído ao trabalho, perpassa o campo da produtividade, o viés econômico e os aspectos sociais do labor. Esse cenário demonstra que a opção realizada pelos egressos desses cursos, corrobora, com o projeto de verticalização do ensino, técnico de nível médio, graduação e pós-graduação do CEFET-MG, o que permite a instituição manter a discussão com o Ministério da Educação na consolidação da transformação em Universidade Tecnológicaapplication/pdfhttp://tede2.pucsp.br/tede/retrieve/39973/Eduardo%20Henrique%20Lacerda%20Coutinho.pdf.jpgporPontifícia Universidade Católica de São PauloPrograma de Estudos Pós-Graduados em Ciências SociaisPUC-SPBrasilFaculdade de Ciências SociaisEducação Profissional TecnológicaMercado de Trabalho ContemporâneoCursos Técnicos Integrados do CEFET-MGVocational and Technological EducationContemporary Labor MarketIntegrated Technical Courses from CEFET-MGCNPQ::CIENCIAS SOCIAIS APLICADASPolíticas públicas para educação profissional e tecnológica e o mundo do trabalho contemporâneo: um estudo de caso dos egressos dos Cursos Técnicos Integrados do CEFET-MGinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/doctoralThesisinfo:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessreponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações da PUC_SPinstname:Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP)instacron:PUC_SPTEXTEduardo Henrique Lacerda Coutinho.pdf.txtEduardo Henrique Lacerda Coutinho.pdf.txtExtracted texttext/plain528984https://repositorio.pucsp.br/xmlui/bitstream/handle/19287/4/Eduardo%20Henrique%20Lacerda%20Coutinho.pdf.txtbf6515d7d19c2d23dbed7cf0b2bf8e97MD54LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
